REFUND POLICY

Returns:


We do not accept returns once the customer receives the product, even if it has not been opened. This is due to the nature of the product and the importance of maintaining its integrity and safety.


Package Loss:


In the unlikely event that the package is lost during the delivery process and does not reach the address provided by the customer, we will issue a 100% refund of the amount paid. However, to confirm the loss status, we will wait for a total of 3 months from the shipping date. This waiting period allows us to consider possible delays or logistical issues.


Estimated Arrival Time:


Normally, our packages take approximately 2 weeks to reach their destination. In the case of loss, the customer must wait for 3 months from the shipping date before considering the package as lost.


Options for Lost Packages:


Once the loss is confirmed, we offer two options to the customer:


Reshipment of the Product: We can resend the product to the customer at no additional cost.
Full Refund: We also offer the option of a full refund of the order to the customer, according to their preference.

Verification of Loss:


To avoid possible misunderstandings, we will not process a refund if the customer claims the package is lost, but the shipping tracking shows otherwise.
